In an effort to avoid overcharging on shipping and handling fees, we "customize" shipping and handling fees based on the items you order. If you order pedometers only, you can determine your shipping and handling fee on the chart shown below. Our minimum shipping and handling fee for online orders is $5.95. We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day. The EXPRESS services do not include weekend delivery.

Please note that shipping and handling fees for phone orders are higher than those on this chart.

If you request a RUSH order, we will expediate your order, and you can expect it in 2-3 business days. The $10 rush charge will be added to your order total in addition to the Express Mail shipping and handling fee.

ENERGY BALANCE & WEIGHT CONTROL Kits usually ship via Priority Mail and the minimum shipping and handling fee for one is $8.95.
